The Lancaster County Recovery Alliance & The 521 Club are proud to host Recovery Day Lancaster/Recovery Rocks! in Buchanan Park.
In its 6th year, the event celebrates addiction recovery, and features the Walk for Recovery, Lancaster County's largest Serenity Circle, BBQ lunch, Recovery Rocks! concert, family-friendly activities (crafts, yoga, games, Kids Corner), as well as fellowship and friendship.
- 10am- Start
- 10:30am- Opening ceremony
- 10:45am- Lancaster County's largest Serenity Circle
- 11am- 1-mile Walk for Recovery
- 11:45am- Hess's BBQ lunch
- Noon- Recovery Rocks concert
- All day- Vendors and activities
- 4pm- Close
Recovery Day promotes a celebration of healing and helps to frame recovery as a healthy and contributing factor towards a strong community. Our wider community can see that recovery is happening and is worth supporting!
This is a smoke-free/drug-free celebration: children and pets are welcome.Lawn chairs/blankets encouraged.Bring the whole family- come be part of the fun!
